BRFF-EPM2™ is a complete serum-free medium designed to grow human epidermal-like
cells.1 This SFM formulation has been optimized for human esophageal
epithelial cells. Explant cultures of human skin grown in BRFF-EPM2™ yielded
outgrowths of epithelial cells. This medium is also useful for culturing a number
of human cancer cell lines. For optimum cell attachment, use FNC Coating Mix®.
