The Bioline™ Start LC System was designed for the demanding laboratory. Using software-driven operations, the instrument can perform both analytical and bioprocess chromatography separations. The modular design and full featured ChromGate® software offers outstanding performance and ease-of-use. The Bioline™ Start LC System is a fully biocompatible platform. The instrument can also be operated with organic solvents such as methanol or acetonitrile without restrictions. The Bioline™ Purification LC System was designed to handle multiple chromatographic tasks. The system can be used for routine analytical chromatography, such as quality control and sample characterization, as well as methods development and bench to pilot-scale protein purification. This system is based on the same modular system architecture as the Bioline™ Start System and offers the same specifications for eluent compatibiilty and functionality. Flexible automatic column switching, allow for multiple column operations, and fraction colection are supported. ChromGate® FRC software controls the system and offers advanced fractionation algorithmns for reproducible purification of valuable products. Pump heads, columns and fraction collectors can be temperature controled between 0°C and 60°C. Shown with ChromGate® software, pump, solvent manager, detector, conductivity/pH meter, manual injector, solvent valves, fraction collector and column rack. |
