When placing an order, please have this information ready:

    2. Purchase Order number (if applicable)
    3. Catalog number of item(s) being ordered and quantity
    4. Billing and shipping addresses
    5. Contact name and telephone number for order matters

Delivery
Telephone orders received Monday through Friday before 12 noon Eastern U.S. time zone will be shipped that day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day, unless otherwise stipulated.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice, or shipped on customer's account. Shipping is via UPS unless otherwise requested. Please inquire about rates to your location. Contact name and Telephone number must be provided for shipping.
